Through Ann's guidance (and patience!) , I actually ended up buying a property (October 2015) which was about a 180 degree opposite type property from what I had started looking at.... from a 2 bedroom condo with a great water view in downtown Newport to buying a fabulous duplex near the beach in Middletown. Please don't look any further when searching for a realtor in the Newport area. My husband and I had been unsuccessfully searching for a condo in Newport for several years. This all changed once we met Annie. From our first phone conversation, we knew that she was sincere, motivated and knowledgeable. Soon after, she found us a great property. It was a very difficult transaction, but looking back we both agree that only Annie would have been able to make this deal happen. She is VERY resourceful, professional and gets things done. Today's dominant business model focuses on the profit that can be extracted from the immediate transaction instead of a long term relationship, but Annie defies that. We recommend her highly.
